Browser use

ASCIA Anaphylaxis e-training works with all major browsers and versions such as Internet Explorer*, Firefox, Chrome and Safari etc.

Compatibility button*Note: In some circumstances Internet Explorer 9 users may have better course screen performance in Compatibility View by activating the compatibility button that is on the address bar just to the left of the refresh button.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9 and experience the course failing to continue at the same point, you should quit the browser session and start a fresh browser session. Once you have logged into the site do a Ctrl+F5 browser refresh. This will refresh the current webpage, even if the time stamp for the web version and your locally stored version are the same. (Note: Ctrl+F5 works the same with most browsers.)

Another option would be to change to an alternate browser.

Internet Explorer may better perform if the computer is restarted before a new session is established. Once you have logged into the site do a Ctrl+F5 browser refresh.
